Dammit!finished Shift Light Install And Now Car Is Missing Like Hell...what The Hell?

For some reason i just got done installing my shift light...had the pcm out....dash apart....blah blah...but got everything back together and it was fine...went to the car wash like always and about 10 mins later the damn car is missing throughout the RPM range!!!! Missing like crazy and the check engine light is on...now what??? Just recently changed the plugs, wires, opti...anyway what else could be the damn problem??? please help..if someone around area has a code grabber or the sort please help me out in ann arbor, ...
