The vehicle is a 97 chevy blazer (s10) 4WD with 122k on it.
The last few times I have driven it after backing out of my driveway when I throw it in D and then take my foot off the brake and hit the gas it has a delayed shift and a few times bogged before going into gear, once it starts accelerating there are no major problems, although it somtimes seems like it takes longer than it should for the TCC to disengage. Im going to do a pan drop and filter change friday, I think I clogged filter and low operation pressure could cause this, but im not really familiar with this transmission, anything else I should chel out while im in there? TCC solenoid? screens or anything like that?
I bought it at 108k and recieved no vehicle history so im sure it needs a fluid /filter change.
