are the motor mounts just the inserts or do they include the metal bases?

 

You have the metal basses you only need the inserts... Would you take 50 on the lower control arms?

No deal on the LCA's, I could put them on my Firehawk if the urge hit me. I paid over 110 for them new. I thought 70 was a steal.
