Eric, you can't please everybody. You and I know it looks stellar, some people have different tastes.
It took quite a bit to convince me 7 years ago, I was a tough audience. I'm happy, that's all that really matters.

My car had so many water spots on it I thought they'd never come out without a new paint job. Guess what? I just finished polishing the car with a few coats of Zaino and the paint looks like new. And my car is 11 years old
Zaino rocks!
Zaino rocks!
Definitely back in the day when I lived at home and had a thing called time...
I used to wax my car every 2 weeks, thats why I was so floored with zaino...
As for the links I posted, I didn't search hard, just someone posted them in the show and shine section here...
I jsut copy/pasted them
And Joe I know I do what makes me happy, I have a v6, and had them, they have made me happy, and tend not to impress others

Eric,
You won't believe what Zaino did for Old Blue. I only had to repair the passenger fender, front and rear bumper cover while shooting those parts with new color. The rest of the car stayed intact and the Zaino has such a gloss on it now that it looks like the whole car was painted. That color blue really sparkles with Zaino.
This is one great V6, gotta love the gas mileage compared to my modded WS6.
My girlfriend loves the car so much it might not make it under the knife.
It's not completley finished yet...... it still needs those freaking brake cables, the white 30th Z stripes and a few small dress up items. The interior is back to being mint, the body is back to almost mint, engine compartment is back to near mint, but I am dreading fixing that stupid EGR. I was able to fix the wiring.... I merely re-wired a new radio harness and that ended the drainage problem. There had to be a short that I couldn't find somewhere in there.
A few final words on Zaino......................
People still don't get it. Wax is not healthy for your paint. People however don't listen, so those that use it will have to suffer the consequences in the long run. Ever see a finished that has been waxed religiously over the course of many years? The paint gets pretty thin. Why? Wax is abrasive, wax is a crystaline structure that needs solvents to be spread thinly, wax literally wears down the paint. It looks good while waxed, but that is like giving a decongestant to someone with a cold and claiming they are cured. It doesn't matter how the shine is perceived or acheived, it is destructive to the finish. Period. Wax hasn't touched any of my cars in the last 7 years and it won't ever touch them in the future. I would rather leave the finish to the elements than to put wax on it.
Everyone has different taste. Why someone would say Zaino sucks is beyond me. I suppose the same thing applies to cars. Some people chose to buy a Yugo. They were convinced that this was a better idea even after the majority voiced their opinion by not buying. Even to the end, the Yugo owner defended his position all the way to the scap heap. If someone is convinced zaino sucks, then it is good that they don't buy it. That leaves a more ample supply for the masses.
Besides, Zaino has UV protection. Does your wax? Didn't think so.
I also don't see the "plastic" type shine. My freshly painted and cleared fender looks identical to the Zaino'd door right next to it. Does that mean that a factory finish looks plastic as well?

hehe white 30th stripes?
I wanted to do that to that car realy bad
It was a good car and I kept the motor running good, rest of the car suffered a bit but, I was keen on at least the motor going good.
As for the EGR, that is why I left it. Such a little problem and so much work to fix it. Hell once the Bungee cord shut off the SES light, I said **** it.
Only problem you may run into, is I have had the passenger wires go out prematurely because of exhaust gases I am assuming from the EGR.(sometimes at night, with the hood open if you reved up and let off, a small blue flame would shoot out. I once had the boots crumble in my hand while changing it. Thats why I like my cheap Univeral Accel wires in there
But they went like a year before I noticed problems and I put the yellow wires in(if you still have them in) like a month beofer I sold it to you.
That drain, I don't know I got fed up at one point, and put a drinking straw over every wire, to see if it was 2 wires touching somewhere there, then taped them on, so I had a good 8 in. of each wire covered up and I still had the drain problem. I busted out the test light and multimieter for a bit. But stopped after 20 minutes. I spend 2 hours chasing down a short in my '85, and it sucked, so I yanked the fuses and gave up
Glad it worked out... that paint did have some sparkle left, it probably needed a really really good clay baring and some quality polish to get it back out. I had the car looking beutiful at SLP day last year, but awhile after that is when I decided I was getting a new car and took my focuses off the car but into saving money. There is a local guy with a Quaser blue camaro and it shined really nice all the time I always wondered what he used maybe it was zaino, but probably something like NXT. Car always impressed me.
I really wish I knew about zaino with that car, could have saved me lots of time in Orlando.

d@mnit now i want to zaino my car. i haven't waxed my car since last march for slp day and it still shines real good. my car sits out in the sun all the time so i want to protect it better. i don't have any garage space right now to do it so i'll probably wait til i move into my new house in aug. where is the best/cheapest place to order it from?
