T-top chasis flex

Hey guys:

I am looking into doing a t-top conversion on my 95 Z28. My concern is that the car will not hanlde as well and squeek and creek more. I have heard that sub-frame connectors counter any loss from having tees. Is that correct. If not, how much weaker will it be.

My current suspension is:
H&R springs,
new factory shocks,
Upper strut bar
bigger front lower sway
polly bushings all around
275-40-17 on Speedline rims.

Thanks,
Asim

One of my 4th gens (have 3, help me) has t-tops and it doesn't squeek, groan or creek without SFC's or a STB. You will be fine.

why not go for SFCs?
My Ttop car I could tell a HUGE difference after they were put on. and it took out alot of hte little rattles my car had.

When I got my hardtop it was almost as ridged as my last one with the SFC's but after the SFC there was still a very noticable difference.

I personally like the SLP DD SFC's and thats what I had on my last car, and have on this car.

My fault, I was looking at two posts and I confused the two, I thought he had sfc's and a stb and was worried about the new top. I was mistaken, follow Xride's advice, which was mine in a way. This is not my day.
