When i was at the track this past weekend people told me that when i was in the burnout box the driver side tire was spinning fast and the passanger side was spinning very slow or not spinning at all. Does this mean i need a new posi unti and could this have been caused with the use of Drag radials? Oh yea would this have caused my 2.7 60ft time?

This is very typical of a 99-02 f-body with the standard Torsen torque biasing rear. IMHO they suck for drag racing for exactly the reason that you state. To make it posi it has to have some resistance on both tires. A lot of times this is not the case in the burnout box. And yes one cold tire can cause a crappy 60".
It'll still work ok on the street so unless you're serious about dragging the car leave it alone.
