As much as I hate to say it, I may need to unload the Z28. I'm moving to the suburbs, and just did the math on how much I'm going to be spending on gas, OUCH!
Anyway, I got the car in October of last year from its second owner (I'm the third) It has 95K on the car, but the motor was replaced at about 65K with a brand new LT1 crate motor from GM. You can see the build date on a sticker on the block as Sept. 2000.
The motor is entirely stock with all regular maintenence performed. New opti and water pump went in with the new motor. The transmission (A4) had some major work done last year sometime, so that's in good shape too. I have all the paperwork for everything done, and the motor is actually still under waranty.
Body is not absolutely perfect, but it looks good, no major dents or anything, and the paint is a decent shiny red. Interior is dark grey leather that is worn through on the side bolsters, but otherwise in good shape.
For modifications, the previous owner put in a higher stall converter, K&N FIPK, and hollowed out the cat (I think, it still passed emissions). Since I have had the car, I have put on a B&M transmission cooler, Global West SFC's, Magnaflow muffler, Prothane front suspension bushings, and a brand new set of Bilstein HD's.
Everything works great and the car doesn't need anything. like I said, I don't absolutely have to sell it, but if I could find it a good home, I would consider it. I'd start out asking $7750, if anyone is interested. Thanks.
