Good shop for a cam install?

Its a done deal that I'm moving to Tallahassee to continue my job with the Department of Justice. I'll be looking to do the Hotcam Kit really soon once I get down there. Any advice on a good place to take the car?

Better yet, any word on which places to avoid? :D
