StormSigma 04-28-2004, 10:26 AM Yeah, yeah, I know how it sounds. But I'm not talking about ricer decals, this guy's products are actually pretty sweet. I'm awaiting my shipment of rear bumper fill-ins, and steering wheel fill-ins. His prices are also damn reasonable, and shipping is free. Check 'im out:

Joe 97RA 04-30-2004, 10:20 AM Brent,
Any plans to do 30th anniversary Z28 (Non SS) stripes? You're making it tough on the non SS owners.
:p
Still wanting to get them in white!
:alert:
Brent94Z 05-01-2004, 07:21 PM Very funny teke184 :D Hey... 50,000 hits in less than 24 hours... now that's what you call spreading over the Internet. hahhaha
Joe 97RA, not anytime soon :( I'd have to stock larger vinyl to make those. They are pretty wide at the top!!!

would it be possible to make the rear camaro inserts in the same fashon as the side and rear SS emblems are?
solid black with the red or grey outline?

Just something to think about...... those are the only basic configuration that you don't offer. The other venders that have them charge a considerable amount more than the rest of their stuff. Your prices and sevice beat them all to crap. That last set could capture a decent amount of biz. Especially since RK sport or the like won't have a monopoly on them. I can't help but think that if you did stock them, your price would be equally as good as what you already offer. Not only that, a few variations could be made, such as a checkered flag effect like the Anniversary SS, only for flat hoods. Just a thought....;)

I have thought about it and even tried it but don't offer it because I didn't think it looked very good. The letters are fairly narrow and the outline didn't look good.
But, I have done another design. It's a patriotic type design. I don't have it on my web page yet but what do you think?
Rear CAMARO...

I should have the checkered flag design very soon :) A guy I know is working on it for me.
If I can get some free time, I'll try to do the design of the 97 stripes for the non SS hoods for ya... just don't hold your breath. hahahaha

the rear camaro one looks pretty good, not my type of thing, but still pretty good
however the side ones look like the mexican or texas flag
camaro_dakota 05-02-2004, 08:06 PM how much for the "objects in mirror are Mustangs" decals?
2002Z28SSConv 05-02-2004, 08:07 PM Brent - have you ever done the black decal that covers the SS hood scoops? I think it's called Manta on another supplier's site.
Here's what I'm wanting. (http://www.3rdgendecals.com/CustomerPics/AndreU02.jpg)
On top of that it would be cool to get a HP rating cut into the sides too. I know I'm shooting high and could just as easily order it from them. But you have a good reputation and are local too. So I figured I would ask.
Did you keep any pics of the SS style fill in's that you didn't like?

Thanks! Those really are not my type of thing either :)
As for the Texas flag thing... I actually made it to look like the Texas flag for a guy. I just didn't think many would see it as that and thought it looked more just like a patriotic type decal. :D

I was trying to get the sizing a little smaller but it was a real pain and I got plenty of feedback saying that sizing was just fine. So, I'll start making them like what is pictured on the site. They are two for $12.

I've been supposed to be designing that decal for months now for others. That just takes a lot of time and I haven't had an entire day to set aside just to make it :( So, again, while I do have plans for it, don't hold your breath. LOL! :D If you are looking for it quickly, don't wait for me! hahahaha
camaro_dakota 05-03-2004, 02:06 PM Where is Inverness? I am in the Palm Harbor area. Its between Tarpon Springs and Clearwater. Is shipping included in the 12 bucks for the Objects in mirror sticker or maybe if I was close enough I could just pick em up. Either way let me know I really want those. Thanks,
Dakota

camaro_dakota 05-06-2004, 08:18 AM Where should I send the money to Brent? You can e-mail me or just post it and I will send you the 12 bucks. Talk to you soon man! Thanks,
Dakota
S. Holley 05-06-2004, 10:55 AM Just put my order in yesterday.... Look for your check!:D
Brent94Z 05-09-2004, 10:31 AM Thanks, guys :D
Dakota, go to the link mentioned above and my address is right there in the Ordering section! :)
S. Holley 05-09-2004, 11:08 PM A friend of mine ask if you can make and install the 50th Anniversary style stripes on a vette?
anasazi 05-10-2004, 08:06 PM brent i'm going to order some black rear camaro inserts
however i have a question (and/or requirement?)
i like the reflective inserts a lot ... however, i want the inserts to be DEAD BLACK ... blacker than black black kind of black. i really want it to contrast with the red like bigtime.
will the reflective inserts be as black as i want them? obviously not at night, but during the daytime ...
otherwise i think i'll just take the normal non reflective inserts

Reflective black will work for ya. During the day it looks like regular black vinyl... it isn't until night time at certain light angles that the reflective properties pop out at ya :D
anasazi 05-12-2004, 12:02 AM you've got cash! (check yer email) :)
edit:
hmmmm i don't remember what i wrote on the paypal thing
so just in case i f'ed up, i'd like the black reflective rear "camaro" inserts please :)
i ordered the steering wheel "camaro" inserts from you a long time ago, but i've since sold my car ... maybe i'll pick those up from ya later
Predatorbird 05-12-2004, 05:30 PM hey brent i got my decals in the mail today. i'm waiting until fri to put them on when i have a day off to wash the car. i peeled a little bit of the corner up on the the center cap decals and held them up the the wheels; they look like a good match. i think the chrome w/ red pontiac logos will look sharp on my red car. thanks for the extra one incase i mess up. :metal:
S. Holley 05-13-2004, 05:57 PM got my decals.... instructions are on your site right?? anything different with the chrome??
Brent94Z 05-13-2004, 07:13 PM Excellent, guys!
Any, YES, instructions are on the site and the same for the chrome :)
Predatorbird 05-13-2004, 07:28 PM i got a little ancy in my pancy today and washed up the car and put on the decals. the wheels have a more "cleaner" look w/ them all being one color unlike the black centercaps. the first 2 were tricky to put on b/c i didn't cut close enough to the edges and i couldn't tell if they were centered. everything else went on real easy and looks real good. :thumb:
anasazi 05-15-2004, 07:46 PM got the decals and they look good
however there arn't any install instructions? :(
i've done this before, but i had heard if you use soapy water it'll be easier... is this true?
