What a worthless car dealership! I brought my car there to have the pinion seal done in january (no way I was gonna do it in the driveway in the cold) paid $157. In february the seal was leaking again, brought it back, they changed it then I was off. Again in the beginning of april it was leaking AGAIN brought it back and they tried to tell me it wasn't even leaking. So I keep checking it and yesterday I went under the car and sure enough it was leaking. So today I bring it back and they put it up on the lift with me standing there and 4 techs and the service manager agreed it was leaking with no doubts. So what they do now is tell me I need to pay them for a yolk! The last time it was in they never said a single thing about a yolk. The best part is they told me the yolk wasn't a part they stocked but the last time I was in they ordered it. Now why would they order the yolk if I didn't need it? They knew I needed it but decided not to tell me. The service guy also sat there and told me I "was doing wholeshots in the car, there is rubber all over" That was good for a laugh. So I tell them all I want is the money I paid them back and they refuse, so I saw just put the yolk in and I pay nothing, again, they refuse. So now it's going to court because they refuse to refund my money or fix their mistake even though they warranty their work for 1 year or 12,000 miles. This is unbelieveable. :mad: :death:
