It has never been used and comes with the cart and all the accesories that came with it (gun, wire, manual, pressure gauges, etc). Deals are out there ... you just have to look. I know it's a tough pill to swallow, but if a person can buy new, without risk for the same price (or near it) from an unknown individual, chances are the consumer will buy it new. I think the point mitch was trying to make is that is is MUCH more risky to buy from a individual seller like yourself, so the $25 extra might be worth it to somebody!
