Tamed a mustang

i was comming home from school the other day when i see some guy that is always talking all this s**t that hi car is the fastest. So i give my trans am a big cunk of gas and ketch up with him we are both are stopped in front of the light and i look at him an rev to about the 3000 rpm and he trys to act big and it sounded like he redlined his car so i started to stall the car to the 2800 and the the light turned green and i let go the brake and my car begins to smoke the hell out opf the tires and he gets alittle ahead of me then my tires caught grip and that is when i just passed him up and saw him in my rear view and he looked like he was trying to make his car go faster by pushing back and forth on the seat. the next light stopped us and he wanted to go again and i told him why should i waste my gas he said yeah right so i told him to race for $$$ and he said no.

I have a 1980 trans am with a 400 engine out of another trans am. It has a cam i think is 230/230 with alittle over a .500 lift also has an edelbrock performer intake, msd ignition, bored .40 over ,a performace street/strip tranny with a 2800 stall, headers, and a 650 cfm holley carb
