Is this possible? I have the whole top end off right now and thought it would be a good idea to test these items. I do plan on buying some new injectors tonight, because I think mine are leaking fuel. What about the fuel pressure regulator? Can this be tested outside of a car like witha vaccum pump or something?

you can jumper the fuel pump relay to turn the pump on and look at the injectors to see if any are leaking.
To test the regulator, you will need some clamps for rubber lines, that way you can clamp the rubber lines without damaging them.
you will need a fuel pressure gauge to test the regulator.

You need some place like a tech college with the equipment to test the injectors. Lingenfelters does have it. They will fire the injectors before and after cleaning and observe the spray pattern. www.rceng.com also does it and does it well. Call and ask them if they have a problem with doing your brand of injectors.
