well... this sound has been a part of the car since I have owned it and it is driving me crazy. I have new Springs, shocks, struts, and all bushings etc look good. I get a creeking sound only when going say less than 20 mph and when I am turning left. It is coming from the ass end, but do not think it is the diff as it will do it when I coast in Neutral and for some reason only when I am turning to the left, not right.... any thoughts here? it also is not the spare tire or jack (or anything "inside" the car for that matter)

Check your sway bars and their bushings. Maybe one of them is loose or the nut came off of it. Also check your lower control arms, but my guess is your sway bar in the back.

Do you have poly bushings in the control arms? Mine will make a little noise if they are ungreased.

i have the stocker bushings/control arms/pan hard rod/sway bars. the bushings did not look at all decayed nor overworn nor dry. I sprayed them generously with some WD40 (the cure all), and it is still creeking...

When you put in your aftermarket springs, did you re-use the factory isolators?

if you mean the little rubber end caps that the springs mount on against the car.... yes i did use the stockers. It only had top ones though, not bottom rubber pieces.... is that correct?

Yeah the isolator is only on top. I was thinking maybe one of them was worn down, or you had used something to replace it (to get extra drop) and it was rubbing on the body. But I re-read the part about the noise being there since day 1, so it can't be the lowering equipment you installed.

well.... after killing the bushings etc with WD40 yesterday and letting it soak in.... it is still doing it. I did the bushings in the panhard rod, the rear sway bar and the lower control arms.... i have no clue where this creeking is coming from
