Dried up quick detailer spray...

I had a few spots dry up before wiping them off. It has left a kind of milky residue that can flake off a little, but it still leaves a mark. Any other way to remove it except machine polishing or wet sanding? I tried my claybar which didn't work...

Sometimes you can spray more detail spray on them and it will clear it up. If that don't work, try some light polishing compound.
