By the way I think I got more autocross seat time yesterday then I have in all my autocrossing(which isn't much) :)

Yeah but I really wish they had a course where you coudl ride out 1st, slam 2nd, and ride 2nd for a little bit...

I went Thursday. The GTO was a major disappointment. It took way too much steering input to get it to turn. I still could manage to slip the back end around though (imagine that). Every other car of any interest at all had a kill joy in the passenger seat. The SSR was surprisingly quick and nimble. The Z06... well it was a Z06! What else has to be said? Too bad they have the traction control turned on and the button disconnected. The H2 was impressive but not my type of vehicle. The quadrasteer 4X4 Sierra was very impressive though. A full size extended cab pickup that can turn on a dime? Cool! That was all I had time for.

went saturday afternoon

autocrossed the GTO, the buick's, the toyota echo (HAH!), most of the passenger cars actually.

i didn't get a chance in the z06 but i did autocross the SSR but the GM employee in the passenger seat kept yelling at me to slow down ... i actually got the SSR to snowplow around a corner :)


out of all of them i'd say the GTO was my favorite in the kickass department and the supercharged 3.8 pontiac they had was the funnest to drive... i had more people watching me go around in the 3.8L than i did in most of the other cars.

yeah I wa tearing it up in that Regal GS :) I really liked the trucks too... I made a hard right in the TAcoma, and floored it to kick the tail out and typical open diff, lit the right rear up :)

The trucks were alot of fun cuz you coudl get the tail loose on them but I think I like the passenger cars..., most likely do to the awesome course. :)
