upload options, beside lt1edit?

Is there any other way to upload files to the PCM besides lt1edit? (preferably free) How about the new RT Tuner from tuner cat? I downloaded the evaluation for it, but it says I need $EE ECM definition to use it. This is after I used tuneconv to convert from .lt1 to .bin. Why would they offer an evaluation program if you have to pay to use the definition. That seems stupid. I'll buy the program as long as I can actually evaluate it for 30 days, lol. Any ideas?
