Anyone know what was happening with the Police down by the track?

I was on coloniol, maybe 1.5-2 miles East of alafay, and like 12 cop cars went flying by.... nothing too out of ordinary, just alot of them and 3-4 of them were UCF cop Cars...

Kinda unusual for UCF cops to be that far away from home, I know they have similar to state trooper jurisdiction but jeez, this is like 10 minutes from campus :)

Jsut wondering if we found Osama Bin Laden and Mr. Galaganookis in Bithlo or something.

Maybe he was hiding at the bottom of a deserted outhouse crap hole out there.

was it last night??? i was driving down goldenrode from university last night and i saw like 5 go past me then just past E. Colonial down just past velencia college lane there was a huge wreck like 12 police cars few fire trucks etc...

STORY TIME!!

I was sitting on my butt in my dorm, my girlfriend watching my TV, when we get a call from who roomates who are A. new to Orlando, B. broken down off of simmeron (don't know the name, but thats what it sounds like), and C. HIGH.

Anyways... to make a long story short, my girlfriend and I went all the way down to Christmas (the town) and back to find them. Being high and lost sucks. Morons told us to go LEFT at Alafaya.

As for what happened with the cops:

Apparently two motorcycles hit a car, and :eek:BLEW UP:eek:. I didn't believe it at first, because we heard a car "blew up" from my girlfriend's roommates, so we thought they dropped acid or something. Sure enough, as we got closer to Simmeron (whatever) the road was blocked off... and of course they were on the other side of where we needed to be.

I learned this from a helpful deputy at a seven eleven, so I'm assuming it's true. There were PLENTY of cops.

The moral of this story? Don't smoke weed. Don't get lost. Don't call me to save you.:mad:

And by the way, this was late Wednesday night, early Thursday morning... the 30th or the 1st.

I'm not the one that has a short attention span and needs a simple explination. I was just calling attention to the fact that you toked up and drove around, endangered other people's lives and your own, and yet you call your friends morons for giving you bad directions.

Sorry, I just don't think highly of people that get high(or drink) and drive. Thanks for explaining the situation with the cops though.

Dude... I wasn't stoned... the people I picked up were, and as a result they gave bad directions, and as a result of that, I got ticked off. I don't touch that stuff, and if I did, I sure wouldn't drive.

I can understand you being annoyed at the above post if that's what you thought... that'd make me mad too. No hard feelings?

Yeah. My girlfriend's roomates are morons. They're cool when they're sober though.
