My engine has been sitting for almost 6 months without being turned over. I winterized the motor but it still has last years oil in it. it is going to be about 70-75 this weekend so should I just drain the oil without letting the engine warm up since oil has been draining off the internals of the engine to the oil pan for so long, and then prime the engine with new oil instead of last years that could posibly be contaminated with a little bit of fuel due to a float problem that happened on the last day at the track. Thanks very much for any imput. Im just tryin to do whats best for the engine.

If winterizing included an oil change there is no need to change it now. If it didn't, I would go for a drive to get the engine up to full operating temp for awhile and change it hot. You need to mix up all the gunk in the engine before draining.
