Is this the input shaft bearing or throw out bearing?

If I rev the engine up above say 4000rpm while in gear then push the clutch in and leave it in gear I can hear something spinning off balance. Then if I take it out of gear it will stop making the noise. I know its either the throw out or input shaft bearing. I have the spec stage III pressure plate.
