Caught by photo radar but got letter from angel enterprises

So like I said in the subject, I got caught doing 10 over the limit (on an empty mainroad). Got my ticket in the mail for about $150, but I also got a letter from a place called "angel enterprises" which sells information about how to get out of it without paying or getting the points on your license. Anyone ever hear of them? It would be nice if it works

I would ask how they found out you had a photo radar ticket ?

Also it could be a way for you to admit guilt

Just ignor it ( unless you signed for it )

It will go away and they cant do anything till you either admit to it by paying the fine, or do something like respond to the letter in some way (like going to that outside agency ;) )
unless you recieve a regestered letter or a sopina you will be fine
