N2o plugs

Will going with colder plugs and retarding the timing increase my track times? What your the pros and cons of this?:confused:

Colder plugs should not effect your performance and the timmimg retard might make your car feel a little sluggish but nothing serious so just get a mallory 685 and you can just adjust it by push button control.
