question about signatures - how can I use links to pics of my cars?

I have 2 pictures hosted on my server that I'd like to link in my signature, but I don't want the entire URL to show up.

How can I have it say like "Pic 1" and when you click on it, it goes to the picture?

[.URL=location of image]Pic 1[/url]

(Without the period before "URL")
