Stickers...?

I know this is totally not a forum about stickers, but where else do I turn?

I found a picture on the internet of a TA that some guy had with red reflective stickers on his Transam, Pontiac, etc. lettering. It was red just to look at it, but then it would turn amber. It was sweet! Well, I looked for a place to buy it then, no luck. Now I can't even find the picture.
