Hypertech with Nitrous????????

I have a 94 camaro lt1. I have a hypertech programmer in the car. I was wondering if I could use nitrous with it. I was going to buy the ZEX kit. I called the company and he told me it would be fine as long as I dont have advance timing. Does that mean I can still use it - MIKE

you can use it for Speedo correction, cooling fan turn on, and shift points (if you have an auto) but DO NOT install the ingine tuning!

Use the hypertech for everything except for the hypertech "power engine tuning"...that is what will lean out the fuel curve and advance timing.

I sprayed a 175 shot through my 93 Z28 with the hypertech chip, different than the power programmer but still ads timing and whatnot. I never had any problems and made 156rwhp with the 175 jets. It made more power on spray with the chip with no signs of detonation. Put it on the dyno and see what happens with and without.

the hypertech performance tune leans out your car, a lean condition is very very bad!! (trust me, look at sig!!) i dont have the hypertech but my car went lean!! then boom!

do not buy a zex kit there junk there for dumb import owners buy nx its way better
