Ok guys. There is this noise that comes from the back driverside of the car when i go over bumps. It sounds like two pieces of tim being slaped together. I have checked the obvious, like the exhaust pipe hitting the rear diff, and heat sheild. I checked the breaks and all was tight. This sound is sooo anoying, even the local tire shop found nothing.  Any help would be great.

The rear springs tend to squeak on their bottom metal perches. Just put some grease where the spring sits on the perch and it will go away.

Just dab some right where the spring contacts the perch. Whenever im down there i redo it. Once a year is enough.

Try tightening the clamps on your loudmouth exhaust. Hope this helps.
