Nothing fancy...

I zainoed and detailed my car on Valentine's day weekend. I jsut washed it today with some Z7, just a normal wash and dry, no polish, waxes, or anything, was done in less then 30 minutes...

this is the first time I touched the car in terms of cleaning it since Valentine's weekend.

I wish I had some Z6... I have a feeling it woudl work alot. I am sure it help the shine a little bit(not as great as when I first detailed it, but I do admit still looks great, like I washed and waxed with a conventional wax.

BTW...

This is not Zaino propoganda, of all must buy it... I am just trying to post my experiences... 6 months ago, I thought Zaino was overpriced crap... but worth every cent I ever spent...

btw... forgot to mention, the smoothness, is near as smooth as when I did a full zaino treatment over a month ago, not quit as good but nearly there, though the bumper is a little more rough then the rest of the car, I assume that is to the build up of everything that pretty much gets on your car makes its way to the bumper.

Good job dude. Mine is like this too. I can go a few months without repolishing it and it's as good as the first day.

Eric those rims make your car... Only thing I think you might want to consider is adding the lip spolier add on.. It would giveit just that much more, but it looks nice...

I never thought Zaino was overpriced crap… Price is fair except for ZFX imo that is way overpriced. I was just not impressed with their product, it was much better than what I could buy off the shelf, but since I began my search for other options I have came across many products that offer identical protection, but a wetter look and smoother feel… I guess like Zaino you just have to try the others after you use your stuff up…

That looks great! I agree that Zaino is awesome  . I have Zaino-ed my car once, back in Oct of 2002. Here is a pic after a fresh wash with Zaino's car wash (can't remember Z1/2/3/4/whatever). I also use the Gloss enhancer.

Pic here (http://images.cardomain.com/member_images/7/web/547000-547999/547097_1_full.jpg)

I used Paint Shop Pro 8 to make everything else in the background of the pic softer (making the car stand out a bit).

Yeah yeah, the wife's van in the background has been Zaino-ed to. In fact, it's in the garage right now with it's 2nd coat of Z5. Never clay-barred the top of a minivan ? You haven't lived!

The gloss enhancer really is the best after washing. I have gone weeks without washing (as long as it doesn't rain) and a simple california-duster is all I need :D

Try claybaring a Scion! Holy cow! They're just awkward to Zaino.
