Not allowed to edit our own messages?

It seems we are unable to edit our own messages. Will this feature be turned on anytime soon? :confused:

edit: nevermind! figured it out. I was clicking on the edit button of the guy's post above mine. (I thought the edit button is still at the top like UBB but it's at the bottom now).
