We can put something together if there is enough interest. These headers aren't to expensive so there isn't much $ in them to discount.

Thanks,
Tom

Tom, what could you do to the price? What about a discount on the headers/ypipe combo?

I'll work on some numbers. We'll need more interest than what's posted above though :)

how much interest do you need to make it worth your time?

We'd probably go for 10 or more orders.

Tom, do the TTS headers for the 96-97 LT1 come in longtubes?
Thx-Goose :)

The TTS headers for the LT1 are a shorty design. They only have long tubes for the LS1

I would be in on the flowtech lt for ls1. if there is enough incentive and interest.

I've been hammered today so I'll try to work on this in the morning. I need to see if they have headers for the LT1 and 3rd gens. It looks like there are only 5-6 possible orders for the LS1 but we may be all set if the other two are covered.

Thanks,
Tom

I'd like to see what sort of discount we can get on the Flowtech header/y-pipe combo. Regular price is in the $600 range isn't it?

I'm not an exhaust expert by any means but I would think a good exhaust shop would be able to fab some cats up to the y-pipe some how. It may take some time to find a way to tuck them under there though.

If I have to get an ORP then I plan on at the very least having the stock cats gutted, have a pipe ran through the center then welded in to place on the ORP. I know it'll take some time to get it done but I believe if I go to the shop I went to when I had the exhaust off my '93 T/A welded up to the Camaro then I believe it can be done. I'm mainly worried about passing a visual inspection of a VA state cop happens to pull me over. I've only heard of them doing that one time before and that was a to a friend in his '94 Z... pulled him over for running just a Y-pipe off the I-pipe. The officer got under the car and checked to see if the cat was in place or not.

Does Flowtech make LT1 headers? I've only seen the LS1 version.

tbyrne

FlowTech has headers for the LS1 and some of the 3rd gens but nothing for the LT1 cars.

Here is something that might help all of you. We're offering 10% off all FlowTech and Hooker headers this week so there won't be any GP required for this savings. The FlowTech products don't cost to much so there isn't much $ in them. This will probably be the best way to go.

Hope this helps,
Tom

so the best you can do on 00 flowtech headers is 342.00+ shipping :( too bad you cant do a gp deal

tbyrne

These headers aren't that expensive so they don't have as much $ in them for a larger order like some of the $1200. packages.
