Street Legal Drags, SOCAL 3/20/04

I'll be going to the street legal drags in Fontana this weekend.
Line up is at 12, Tech inspection at 2pm, runs start at 4pm until 11pm. Date : 3/20/04
Should be a good time.

Forgot to mention:
The car is White With T-tops.
It will be superclean and I have 315's in the back.. so it looks pretty crazy.
My Cousin and Girlfriend will be there with cameras and a DV Camcorder. I'll send pics/video of their car if anyone wants to have some pics of their run.

That place has got to be without a doubt, the sorriest run track it's EVER been my displeasure to run at.

It's complete BS when a guy gets there in line at Noon....another guy gets there in line at 1:30pm.....and yet another gets there at 4pm:

Guy #2 gets through Tech before Guy #1....and Guy #3 gets as many runs in as Guy's #1 & 2.

None of this.."All people with only 1 hole punched on your run card...please get to the staging lanes!!!"

F that.....get there late, pay the F'ing penalty. Less runs! Getting there at Noon...then getting a grand total of 3 runs in...piss on it.

All I know is they'd better prep that track for PSCA in May...or there will be...uhhhhh...issues. ;)

About the only good thing I can say about that track, is that there is some good hiney to look at in the summer. :D

I'D like to see what I do N/A. It will be interesting. This car is a snail without the blower. Vortech is on the way! :p

Sorry to hear that the track isn't as good as it could be.
I am just angry they closed Pomona down because of the silly church goers across the street complaining about noise.

1- dont put a church next to a drag strip, then complain about noise etc.

2- its next to a friggin airport anyway. planes are much louder than cars..

I just about cried when I saw my times... everyone says i should be in the 12's ...
