Settings for handheld programmers

I had to get one cause im changing gears in my car to 3.73's. I heard dont mess with the shift points. Ive never touched one before. What will be good decent settings for mine? If i put the wrong settings can I ruin my car? Someone shed me some light. Thx.

The best thing is call or e mail pcm for less .those guys know and can help you .they did my pcm and did a great job!>Jake
