Hmm.. this was the time that Cox screwed up... http://web.camaross.com/bb/smile.gif I have always hated the Cable department and Phone Department of Cox..
So far, I haven't lost my faith with the Commercial Services Department though.. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
David, send me a PM on the Arizona F-Body website with your cell phone or something so if this does ever happen again, I'll give you a call so everyone's updated.
Another thing.. the power did go down on us during the outages.. but I have Battery backups on the server that last for an hour and half... so that didn't cause any problems.
