INFERNO

First of I did a search and came up with nothing. I have a 1993 Z H/C car with a 95 T56 in it. About 150 miles ago I replaced the clutch with a spec stage 4, New hydraulics (Gm), and new pilot bushing since car was an A4. Last year I replaced the 1st to snd syncro hub assembly due to grinding into gear. The rest of the trans looked great. Here is my problem, When driving the car the trans makes a sound like a bunch of marbles sloshing around in the trans. In my search I heard this is normal? However I revved at a stang in neutral and the trans made a loud a$$ grinding noise like a classic case of can't find them grind them. But I did not grind gears. When I slowly release the clutch in gear there is a faint sound like something rubbing which gets louder when the clutch is fully engaged. I am mostly worried about the the marble sound becuase it sounds like the trans wants to fall apart. I have a pro 5.0 shifter and the trans shifts like brand new so i do not get this problem. Thanks in advance.
