Painting subframe connectors.....

Just wondering how you guys have painted your subframe connectors. How did you prep them? What type paint did you use. I got the double diamond slp kind and Im wanting to match the rest of my suspension acces.Thanx

I put the car up on stands, scrubbed it down with car soap + water, wirebrushed lightly, and then painted 2 coats:)

hey gabe how is your car running these days. you used to know one of my good friends garrett richardson. so did you put sfc on the blue z28 if so i would like to see it sometime. i am now driving the red camaro with the primer hood and primer spoiler around town dont know if you have seen it though

yeah I fixing to put them on as soon as I paint them, then in 2 weeks shes going to a shop for a little head/cam workover, you know the basics to get it over 400rwhp. ;) So in a few weeks she should be up and ready for the track.:D

awesome what track are you going to be going to? i went to union hill the first sunday it was open feb 1 i ran an 8.42 at 87mph with a reaction time of 1.400 and a ****ty 60foot mark spinning so next time i go i will have some slicks and hopefully my 3.73 gear
