any all purpose wheel cleaner, spray on, let sit for 1 min, use an old toothbrush if real stubborn grime, spray off, then i take glass cleaner to it and wipe all creavices clean and take an old crappy chamois and give it a final wipe.

Car wash! Thats all you need the wheels are painted so clean them just like you would the rest of the car. DOnt use any cleaners or abrassives. Whenyou wax and olish the car do the wheels too!

When my wheels started to look a lil on the rough side I would use step one paint cleaner from meguairs. Its the first stage in thier 3 stage waxing process. If that didnt work I woulld use(going against what I said for cleaning) polishing compound, a lilttle bit goes a long way. ALso it works great on those stubborn stains on the wheels too. Just make sure after u use it put a nice coat of wax on there.
