All Smilies area red X

Whats with the smilies?
they all show up as a red X for me,

all the other graphics work though.

Make sure you are coming to the board from the link in the menu.

worked for the last 2 years, but today I was like :confused:

Thanks Jason, ive been right clicking and then reading the properties(url) of the smily for forever... even posted about it, but never got it solved.
