Community Members' pics?

How can I post a pic of myself on the "Community Members" section like the other memebers? And how would I be able to access it whenever I wanted to look for someone else or say, myself?

There was a member here who posted a link that was CZ28.com with members pics and screen names with them. I think he posted it in a thread titled "Who do you think is the hottest member/or guy" or something like that a few weeks back. It was of members with their pics and screen names. I thought it was really cool and didn't know it was on the site. But it looked official and tried to find it to add my pic.

yep, it was kevin(ibanez) you can IM on AIM. he uses the same name as on here
