Tuning For Heat/Humidity

Is this possible to actually tune your car to run well in the heat and humidity? I do know my IAT's are somewhere in the upper 90's to about 120 or so.. at cruising speed.. http://web.camaross.com/bb/frown.gif Anyone?? Mudge?
