My friend has a 95 auto V6 camaro. It has cai, high flow cat, cat-back, and 3.42's. I figured since he drives me around everywhere while my car is down I would give his car some props. I will tell just a few kills so it doesn't drag on. We raced a like 01 or so gst from a 20 roll and beat him by about 3 1/2 cars. He had a bigger bov, and cat-back. He beat a 92 gt it was a stick with full exhaust, intake, and a rebuilt motor from a dead stop till about 90 and from a 15 roll till about 105. And we beat a 96 or so gt on the freeway from 60 until 130 by about 2 cars.

Nice was it a 3.4L or a 3.8L?

as for the DSM and the 5.0, you gotta be careful, my experience with them racing v6s, is you waste them or they blow your doors off..

nice kills... :) I was kinda hoping it was an underdog 3.4L :)

I remember one of my first couple times down the track in my 3.8L I was running hard, and heard a psssssst.... noise behind me, I was confused and looked over it was the DSM's BOV about 2-3 cars behind me, first I wasn't used to racing a car that I coudl actually hear something over the exhaust, and was just surprised I was taking out a modded DSM. :)

those 3800's run pretty good for V6s. I killed many a ricer in my 96 3.8.

Yea, my friend is going to sell it this summer though so he can get a z28 6 speed. So I need to start modding so he wont beat me.
