My stock unit says inop!

I pulled my car out of storage, and the cd player is locked. I couldnt find the code so I tried a couple off the top of my head and I locked it up! Now when I try to access it, it says inop! It's been like this since tuesday! ARGH! Please help!

I took it to the dealership and they said they could do it for me for free, except they have to wait for the inop to stop. The guy said it'd take an hour for it to cancel or whatever, but i've driven a helluva lot longer then that :rolleyes: Does it restart when you try to put in the code again? When will I know I can try?

you have to have the ignition on and the radio switched on, for an hour then turn it off and back on, and you should be ready to enter the codes

I really appreciate it! I did this before I checked the board, but that sure worked! I just left it in my garage in acc. mode for a couple hours.
