Anyone see the program "Test Drive" on Speedvision tonight? They reviewed the SSR, Malibu Maxx, and Colorado.
They loved the SSR seemingly. They had two out on the track and it was actually pretty neat seeing two SSR's power sliding around corners. They also took it out for a cruise and it looked pretty cool just cruising down the street top down and shiny. And they praised Chevy for building a car "dedicated to having fun", in their words.
They also liked the Maxx and Colorado. They liked the fact that the Colorado was a bigger mid-sized truck and they said that the truck felt alot more solid than the S-10 that it replaced. And one thing that struck me when they showed the Maxx was the backseat room! I know this was in another thread not long ago but the room is incredible. Two adults could easily stretch their legs out on a long trip and kick back and watch a DVD on its entertainment system and be compeletely comfortable. Also there seems to be tons of storage room in the back, and even more with the rear seats folded down. I didnt like the Maxx at first glance, but now I would take a Maxx over a Malibu sedan anyday.
