i'm using my boyfriend's name right now and looking to see what i can get him for his 94 completly stock camaro. It's his birthday and I only have $150 to spend.

Well since you asked that question in the appearance form, I suppose you are looking for something cosmetic. I would get him some diamond clear turning lights & also a set of rear fill-in's for the CAMARO indentions in the rear... and maybe some overlays for his emblems. It really depends on the car. Give us a few more details... what color is the car? Does he already have a set color scheme? How is his interior? Anything would help.

thanks for the reply. the car is red with the black top and has t-tops. the interior is currently tan cloth but he is going to be changing it to black leather with red accents... the interior and exterior color scheme will be red and black i believe

I'd definitely get him a set of Red RK Sport Urethane letters. They are expensive ($50 or so) but in my opinion are much nicer than just the vinyl inserts.

or you can get some overlays for around $15(the difference between the 2 is that one is an actual fill-in, as to the stickers actually have shape, and the cheaper ones are just flat stickers.

Those two things I think would make a vast difference in the appearance of the car, and are easy to install. Infact I already have the Rk Sport rear CAMARO fill-in, and just ordered the diamond clear corners today.

There are a number of cheap things that you can get.

The first, is a Hypertech 160 degree thermostat, it'll help his engine run 20 degrees cooler over stock and only costs like $20 at a local performance shop. If you can't find one there, check here:

Also, to help out his suspension, you could get him a polyurethane torque arm bushing ($20)which benefits can be found here:

It is a performance upgrade for the LT1. It is a cold air kit made by K&N. Basically, it replaces the stock filter/air box on teh LT1. The cold air kit on an LT1 is generally considered one of the best bang for the buck mods you can do. They typically cost around $175-$200 new but you can find them off and on in the for sale forum for $100 or so. i've been trying to get some information out of him as to what he wants and he agrees with a few of you on the clear corners and camaro fill ins. He has also suggested clear headlight covers, lowering springs, clear taillights, white gauges, and red dash bulbs. How much do these things cost so i can get an idea

If you get the clear corner lenses, go to www.pacificie.com (http://www.pacificie.com) rather than RKsport- not only are they cheaper, but also, RKsport's clear corners have a tendency to melt and leak (so you get condensation on the inside of the lens which looks tacky). PacificIE's clear lenses are made by a different manufacturer and are of better quality.

Also, definitely do the BLACK CAMARO fill-in letters. I did get those from RKsport and have no complaints.
