Is just an AFPR enough to run 100shot (dry)?

Would an adjustable fuel pressure regulator be enough to give some extra fuel for a dry 100 shot?

Well, probably...but you only want the extra pressure when you spray it. You can prolly rig it if you know about electricity and don't mind spending a little time with the solderin iron.

No....the pcm will compensate for the pressure increase so you want see the extra fuel you need after the pcm relearns. I run a wet kit so I really dont know what you need to make a dry run safly on an lt1. I know you can spray thru the MAF on an ls1 with a 50-75 dry shot before any fuel upgrades are needed. The pcm in the lt1 is not fast enough to do this with though. Maybe someone will chime in that knows what you need to do.

Well my idea is to eventually run bigger injectors, inline fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, MSD ignition, turn the fuel pressure up to compensate for the dry shot, run a fuel pressure safety switch, and get the gauges i need to monitor Fuel, Nitrous, etc pressure but that is when i plan to move up to higher shot than 100. So basically I wanna know what are the smallest things to help me provide more fuel for the dry shot just to run 100 shot. I know i can run it like it is but i'd like to be a little more on the safe side. So maybe just turning the stock fuel pressure up i figured would help. But im all new to the nitrous stuff so anyone with better knowledge of it chime in please.

Ditch the stock pump and install a 255 lph in tank pump granatelles is only like 140.00, install an aftermarket ignition like msd's 6a or 6al and piggyback it with a retard box to kill a little advance. use a colder plug like ngk's tr-6 this is my combo with a wet kit and it should be fine for your dry kit as well.My fuel pressure never drops below 43 psi spraying 175 with the stock fpr.

I would love to do the intake FP but from my understanding is a major pain in the butt. Dont you have to remove the rearend or at least drop it down?

you can swap fuel pumps without moving the tank if you cut the access hole.

if you raise the fuel pressure,the computer will see a rich condition through the 02 sensors and will cut back the injector pulsewidth to get back to programmed air/fuel ratio. so that idea of richening it up is a temporary fix,and not reliable for consistent gains.

Yeah I cut the acces hole in mine and replaced the pump in 1 hour ask around the site i have seen pictures of it here before, thats how I got the idea.

changed my intank pump in about 45 min all you need is a cutoff wheel and a steady hand just dont cut too deep or you will have a nice vent in your tank.
