What all is need for a A4 to M6 swap?

Just what it says. My girl is going to be getting the new mustang (possibly) and she refuses to have an auto and I refuse to be driving an A4 while my girl has the stickshift. I wanted the 6spd but I bought mine so late in the year that there were none left. So basically Im asking what the title is-What all is needed for the swap? Also what is the best way to go about getting the T-56? I called my dealership and he says its about 4k alone.
