I need new speakers

Im looking into putting new speakers in my 98 z28 convertible as you know as soon as you drop the top the sound quality drops as well i need to know the best speakers with the nicest bass i can get for a reasonable price i have 2 12" eclipse aluminum subs but i want everything else speakers, tweeters any suggestions ?

i have CDT cl61-a component speakers up front, with pioneer 4-ways in the back. all powered by a rockford fosgate punch 700x amp. and i have a sony xplod cdxm630 head unit. most people dont like sony but i have always liked them and alpine is just way to expensive if you ask me. pioneer makes really great head units to. i really like the cdt component speakers but you need to power them off an amp otherwise they sound like ass.
