Your not missing anything, the firebird has more power motors in the seat for the lumbar and stuff. Thats what the extra wires are. Just run a hot and a ground, or better yet figure out which is which with a ohm tester. Then just wire it.

Dude, I work at a salvage yard. I know for a fact they will work. Quit worring about the little plug and just wire them. In the amount of time you spent here you could already have them working http://web.camaross.com/bb/rolleyes.gif

just hook the orange to orange and brown to brown? and leave the others alone? the wiring diagram that i have says that the other wires go to the inflate and deflate sides of the motors or valves

Henry

i just dont wanna mess up my new seats

I thought there were 5 wires total, not 6. Anyway, hook the orange and brown to the power wires in your car like others have said.

Now go look at the harness on the passenger seat. All the other colors will be in that harness. Connect those to the corresponding colors on the driver seat.

Long story short: Except for the power & ground wires, everything else goes to the passenger seat.
