You can find out what trany it is by counting the number of bolts on the side of the trany(do a search) The m22's were also called the "rock crusher" i think u can also tell its a muncie if it whines in the first 3 gears, kinda sounds like a school bus
Good luck getting 8k, mine had a fresh 350 .060 over with all the goods like yours and a 3 year old paint job but all i could get was $5800, there just dosen't seem to be a market for them like the 1 st gen.

Car is a southern car,sat in storage for 17 years.Paint one month old,new tires wheels,and engine.Interior next to perfect.There is a market here for solid,clean rustfree cars here in the south.
