Post Poly Torque Arm bushing install, need help!

I'm installing the bushing, I've got the bushing on the TA and the bracket slid in the tranny, I have the outside half hooked onto the bracket but I can't get it pushed against the tranny bracket enough to shove the bolt through, the bushing won't give enough, is there a trick to this?

make sure it's going the correct way, and use a crowbar...it's tough but it will go...
