Building new suspension for 95 Z.

As the subject states I am putting together a suspension package for my 95Z. A little history on the car: I got as a V6 about 9 months ago and recently swapped the engine out for a 99 LS1 and tranny with a little under 3k miles.

I have really ben enjoying the new power and six speed but I think I am lacking in the traction department.

The car has front wheel disk braks and rear drums, I am suposing most 95 V6's came like that. The shocks must have about 97K on them as they are the factory DeCarbons.

I have a horrible wheel hop problem, partly I feel to the non-posi rear end. I am hoping to put a posi in as well.

What I am asking is where should I start? Here are a few of my ideas. I have about 3500 to spend.

~Koni single adj. all around.
~New springs? I am not sure why I would need them or what they would do for me, but it seems logical.
~Panhard Bar
~Sub Frame Connectors
~LCA's? Again I am not sure what these would do for me but I hear alot of talk about them.

Also I want to put in a posi unit. I don't know who makes them or where I should look.

This is not a daily driver, but I do like to cruise about 4 times a week in it. I am trying to build a street rod. I don't care if it drives like a brick as long as I am nailed to the ground.

Since you upgraded to a heavier engine/tranny, I would at least pickup stock or 1LE springs and a set of shocks to go with them.
