Creaking from left rear?

I recently had hotchkis springs installed and since then have had a loud creaking coming from the left rear when turning corners. This is more evident when going slower than at speed. I also replaced the rear shocks, could that be it? Is it possible the rear spring is not seated properly? Will it wear in? I plan on putting in sfcs soon, will that solve the problem? Any ideas? thnx. -jeff
